In the midst of the rapidly unfolding Fourth Industrial Revolution, innovation and technology transfer are increasingly asserting their pivotal role in creating new value, enhancing productivity, and strengthening national competitiveness. In addition to its core missions of education and research, the Center aspires to become a driving force in promoting technological application, fostering knowledge development, and accompanying enterprises on their innovation journey.
