The Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer Collaborates with Hung Long Commune to Organize AI Application Training for Local Officials and Staff
On the afternoon of November 5, 2025, at the People’s Committee of Hung Long Commune, the Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer (CITT) coordinated with the Hung Long Commune People’s Committee to organize a training session on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The program aimed to enhance work efficiency among local officials, public servants, and employees.

The training session was attended by commune leaders, including Ms. Vo Thi Hong Diem - Vice Chairwoman of the Commune People’s Council; Ms. Dinh Thi Phuong Thao - Vice Chairwoman of the Commune People’s Committee; Ms. Phan Thi My Hanh - Head of the Commune Department of Culture and Society; Mr. Duong Cong Duy Linh - Deputy Director of the Commune Public Administration Service Center; representatives from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations; leaders of professional departments; school management boards; and all officials, public servants, and employees of Hung Long Commune.

During the session, Mr. Tran Duc Su, M.Sc. - Deputy Director of CITT - shared key insights and current trends in Artificial Intelligence in the context of digital transformation, focusing on three main topics:
- Introducing development trends and applications of AI in administrative work;
- Building an effective, safe, and creative AI mindset;
- Applying AI tools in document management, communication, and administrative operations to improve productivity.

The training took place in a lively and interactive atmosphere, featuring practical examples and hands-on exercises using AI tools to support administrative work. The program helped local officials and public servants acquire essential digital skills, improve work efficiency, and contribute to advancing the commune’s digital transformation efforts.
A representative of the Hung Long Commune People’s Committee expressed sincere appreciation to Ton Duc Thang University and the Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer (CITT) for their collaboration and support. The training not only provided practical knowledge but also reflected the spirit of cooperation between the university and local authorities in applying technology and innovating grassroots public management.


Through this program, CITT continues to fulfill its mission of accompanying and contributing to the dissemination of AI knowledge, spreading the spirit of innovation and digital transformation within the community, and supporting the development of Ho Chi Minh City into a smart, modern, and dynamic metropolis in the digital era.
