RESCO - An AI “Boost” in Digital Transformation with the Partnership of CITT - Ton Duc Thang University
Not just a technology conference, the event “Applying AI Technology in Office Management” jointly organized by Saigon Real Estate Corporation (RESCO) and the Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer (CITT), Ton Duc Thang University on the morning of August 28, 2025, became a strong declaration of vision and action. This was a strategic step, affirming the pioneering role of a state-owned enterprise in realizing Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo, with the support of a leading university research and transfer center.
From Resolution to Action - Starting from the Office
While many organizations are still struggling to draft plans for implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (2024) on “National development of Science & Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation”, RESCO has chosen to take early action. Their starting point: applying Artificial Intelligence to office operations—a seemingly small area but one that directly impacts management efficiency.
Behind this event was the Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer (CITT), specializing in innovation and technology transfer. Under the leadership of MSc. Tran Duc Su, Deputy Director of CITT, RESCO’s key staff gained not only theoretical knowledge but also hands-on experience with versatile AI tools.
AI Becomes RESCO’s “Virtual Assistant”
Throughout the conference, experts from CITT introduced a mind map of Resolution 57 and illustrated how AI can transform slogans into concrete actions. ChatGPT was used to draft professional emails, Gamma created slides within minutes, Whimsical generated mind maps, and Google NotebookLM summarized hundreds of pages of documents.
Particularly, MSc. Tran Duc Su shared methods for effective AI prompting using the Role – Task – Format formula, as well as ways to leverage GPT-4o or Gemini 2.5 as a “digital secretary” capable of analyzing meeting minutes, drafting reports, and even designing marketing campaigns.
The Determination of RESCO - The Companionship of CITT
According to a McKinsey 2025 survey cited at the event, nearly half of employees believe AI will transform 30% of their work within the next year. RESCO has chosen to proactively embrace this change, with direct consultation and technology transfer from CITT.
If RESCO represents political will and corporate strategy, CITT is the “technological hand” that turns determination into tangible outcomes. This collaboration demonstrates that university–enterprise partnerships go beyond research and can deliver immediate practical value.
From a Conference to a Widespread “Boost”
The event was more than just internal training. It sent a strong message: AI applications are not the privilege of tech giants but the inevitable path for all businesses. RESCO acts as the pioneer; CITT provides technology and expertise; together they create a “boost”—not only for RESCO but for the entire community of state-owned enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City.
By the end of the conference, hundreds of RESCO employees eagerly scanned QR codes to join the AI community built by CITT. The seeds of innovative thinking had been sown.
A Journey Just Beginning
For RESCO - a leader in Ho Chi Minh City’s real estate sector, and for CITT - a strategic technology transfer center of a research university, the event on August 28, 2025 was only the beginning. From these bold first steps, it is clear that RESCO’s AI-powered digital transformation journey will be steady and impactful, becoming a model for other enterprises to follow.
RESCO and CITT – a pioneering partnership for a new era of management, where Artificial Intelligence becomes a driving force for growth.
